If you suspect unauthorized activity or login on your account, contact vdbaji customer service immediately. vdbaji is not responsible for losses resulting from delayed reporting. Inactive accounts (unused for 6 months or more) may be marked as inactive.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

• Deposits typically appear in your account within a few minutes.
• Only use your own payment methods. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5Withdrawal Policy

Account verification (KYC) is required to withdraw funds from vdbaji. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Processing may be slightly delayed on weekends or public holidays.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for deposit.

• Odds change in real time during live betting; the confirmed odds at the time of placement are final.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vdbaji. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of all balance:

• Match fixing or any form of manipulation of game outcomes.
• Operating multiple accounts in one person's name.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Manipulating the system to obtain bonuses.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyberattack.
• Assisting minors in opening accounts.
• Harassing or threatening other members.

9Responsible Gaming Policy
